90年代きゅうじゅうねんだいにアメリカにホームステイしていた時ときのことです。
家族かぞくを表あらわす英語えいごで、学校がっこうではあまり習ならわなかった言葉ことばをよく耳みみにしました。

あるご家庭かていにホームステイしていたある日ひ、ホストマザーが「孫まごを預あずかるのよ」と言いった時ときに、聞きき慣なれない “my son’s ex-wife” という言葉ことばが聞きこえました。
